If you like 'em stubby, this one's for you!
This is a great rocket for fans of high drag = low altitude = short walk rocketry ;-) Minie Magg will roar off the pad thanks to the low weight but not really go too high at all... only 400 feet on a G. On an I motor it will soar almost as high as an Estes Loadstar II does on a couple of Ds. Getting high isn't always what it's all about, eh? It's how you get there!
Rockets just like this (painted red) were used for a very widely broadcast TV commercial way back in '07... get one just like it and amaze your friends! These rockets were built and launched by Deepsky/RocketSFX, a professional crew of experienced rocketry and special effects engineers that also worked with Scrap Heap Challenge, Mission: Implausible, The Gadget Show, Hollyoaks, BBC Look East, ITV News, Yorkshire TV and others.
LOC Precision kits are built with top quality components and are easy to build. You can stick this one together in an afternoon because there are actually fewer bits than an Estes Alpha III ;-) The instructions are short but clear. Do you need more bits and bobs for three fins and a nose cone?
If you like the OEM decor of the rocket shown, files are available for printed vinyl so yours can look just like the picture.
