Don't want to cluster? This Big Bird can handle Cesaroni Pro24 for power-mad flyers!

With all due apologies to Sesame Street, the Executioner should be called BIG BIRD!

This D12 (and D9 and E) powered missile is over 3 feet tall (0.9m) and flies up to 590 feet (180m). It is gi-normus! 2.6 inches in diameter (66mm) and has a lovely plastic ogive nosecone. First flights on a D12-3 or D12-5 and then, subject to availability, let her rip on an E9-4 or E9-6 ore even an AeroTech 24mm E or F;-)

You have to use AT LEAST the MaxiRod with this bird... don't think of using that skinny little starter kit rod and tippy Porta Pad without some ground stakes. Better check out the Klima Air Launcher!

But that's not where the fun ends with the Executioner! Grab a copy of SpaceCAD and a Cluster Motor Kit (3x24mm or 4x13mm+1x24mm) and make this monster really fly. You MUST simulate your modifications to be sure that the CG and CP relationship is still stable when you modify ANY rocket! Three Es in this rocket will see it half way to the moon... or at least onto RAF radar screens!

The Executioner, with or without the added power of a cluster, is a potential victim of the Estes Recovery Syndrome that has had fatal consequences for many a fine rocket. The Model Rocket Shop prescribes a good dose of Recovery Upgrade Kit D to combat the post flight depression cased by melted chutes, fried elastic, crumpled fins and circular holes punched in nearby turf.

Estes model rocketry is recommended for ages 10 and up with adult supervision for those under 12. Unless otherwise specified, all models require assembly. Tools, construction and finishing supplies sold separately. In order to launch, a launch system, model rocket engines, igniters and recovery wadding are required - sold separately-unless otherwise specified.
