A bundle of six Alphas for schools and youth groups

This venerable member of the Estes Beta series keeps on selling and flying because it is a lot of rocket for the money and is a great beginner's rocket.

The pre-painted body (black) and pre-fabricated fin unit (fluorescent orange) makes this rocket remarkably fast to build even by the very young. It flies particularly well for them as all precision work has been done in China ;-)

It flies on just about any 18mm motor: 1/2 As, As, Bs and Cs and will provide stunning performance thanks to its low mass and low frontal area. If you fly it on C motors, better consider a streamer. An Alpha on a C is a very high flyer!

The bright orange fins and nose cone make for easy recovery in tall grass!
