Skywriter? Ha ha ha! What a hoot!

This rocket looks just like an old fashioned freshly sharpened No. 2 cedar wood pencil... you can almost smell the shavings!

But unlike a dumb bit of wood and graphite, this babe loves atlitude and will go to 1000 feet (300 meters) if you stick a C6-7 under it. In less than perfect (e.g. breezy) conditions, you would be advised to chose just about any B motor or a C with less delay. This slim missile likes to get high! In fact, if you want to go for max altitude, consider replacing the parachute with a streamer... unless you like long walks in the country!

Skywriter is VERY quick and easy to stick together properly thanks to the moulded fin unit and pre-decorated BT and nose cone. You can have this one on the launch pad in under an hour or so... most of that time is just to be sure the glue is dry!
